The Event

Presented by Photo Collective in collaboration with Nikon Australia, Canson Infinity, Kayell Australia and Photoplay Photography, New Dialogues in Photography is an exciting seminar series delving deep into the ways that Australian photographic artists are innovating in the spaces of collaboration and visual storytelling.

We are excited to present this chapter which will facilitate a dialogue between Australian photographic artists and 2022 APA committee members Tajette O’Halloran and Tobias Titz. Tajette and Tobias will be discussing their unique approaches to portrait photography, along with a broader discussion on the state of the portrait in the contemporary Australian photographic landscape.

Held in front of a live audience in Naarm/Melbourne, the event will also be streamed online using the Nikon Z system. Registration is essential for this free event, so be sure to register now so as not to miss out.
