Cambodia 2025
We are now taking expressions of interest for our international photography workshop taking place in Siem Reap, Cambodia during April 2025. Over the past ten years, we have facilitated intimate group explorations of photography and culture. Open to those of all skill levels, experience and backgrounds, this workshop offers a collaborative approach through our formed partnerships in Cambodia.

These one-on-one sessions are delivered online by one of our core team members, personalised to suit your goals by drawing upon specific skills and experiences acquired over the course of their career. Our educational platform is designed to be accessible by all of our community, regardless of age or experience level.

Harriet Tarbuck (b.1980) is a photographic artist, curator, educator and business owner. Through her work, Harriet specialises in the areas of portraiture and documentary photography. Alongside a commercial practise, Harriet creates inclusive and diverse community engagement projects that highlight her skills in education, project management, fundraising and bringing community together. Living and working across Australia, the UK and Asia, Harriet’s passion for photography was created through her connection with people and a desire to hear their stories. Across her work, Harriet aims to show that through our own unique experiences there are genuine threads that connect us all.
Since completing her photographic studies at Leeds College of Art and Design in the UK, Harriet has spent her time fostering community engagement through photography, while living in Naarm / Melbourne. Harriet is a Co-Founder behind Photo Collective, an organisation dedicated to finding meaning and knowledge through photography. Photo Collective operates Australian Photography Awards, Stories and Australian Photobook Awards, alongside producing photobook publications, commissioned articles, exhibitions, public talks, educational programs and a biannual publication (Photo Collective Magazine). Photo Collective advocates for the changing face of Australian photography and celebrates the diversity of what it is to be an Australian photographer today.
Tom Goldner (b.1984) is an Australian artist, curator and teacher of photography residing on Wurundjeri Country in the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria. Goldner currently holds the position of co-Creative Director at Photo Collective and lectures at Swinburne University of Technology, Photography Studies College (Melbourne) and at the Australian College of the Arts (Collarts) where he sits on the Course Advisory Committee for the Faculty of Photography.
Goldner’s creative practice is positioned within the expanded documentary genre of photography. Rather than considering photography as a ‘record of truth’, his projects utilise an experimental, collaborative and multidisciplinary approach to storytelling. His photography has been exhibited regularly in Australia and recognised through leading award programs such as the Bowness Photography Prize and the National Photographic Portrait Prize. His work is held in private and public collections including the Museum of Australian Photography and the National Library of Australia and featured in publications including The British Journal of Photography, L’Oeil de la Photographie (The Eye of Photography) and The Royal Photographic Society Journal.
Angus Scott is a visual artist working with still and moving image living on Wurundjeri Country. His creative practice is concerned with ecologies and the mythology of place. As a Co-Creative Director at Photo Collective, Angus spends his days immersed in Australian photography producing content, editing magazines and articles and assisting in the operation of programs like the annual Australian Photography Awards. He has exhibited work in Australia, USA and the UK and has published a photobook titled Teetering like a September myth which was awarded the inaugural OD Prize by Open Doors Gallery in London.
